I had very marvalous exprience with planet spa often includes a relaxing ambiance with music, a professional and attentive staff, and a focus on hygiene and cleanliness, such as providing new towels and a foot-cleaning ritual thank you.

Spa was welcoming and good ambience too. Shalu was perfect in her massaging skills. No complaints.

The therapist hema very knowledgeable they have a policy of attending only one client at a time, l had a great time at spa. Thank you for this strees free session ☘️

Worst and trible experience...🥷❌❌❌‼️‼️‼️‼️🛑⛔📛 Please don't go to this spa..... Robbed cash from my wallet while we go for bath... Full of money minded staffs..... They talk and try to rob your money. Very rude and attitude behaviour from the staff and reception. While entering and paying money they will be polite once you don't take extras their behaviour will change and they don't respect. Thieves, robbery and pick pockets staffs in this spa. Don't go and waste your money and peace of mind here.

I want to give my genuine review and don't want people to get loose their money. I have visited the spa and paid for the normal massage (1500INR)at reception. If we want to extra services , they won't tell the price at reception. They will ask you should consult with therapist. And what happened,once you entered the room and consult for extra services, they will ask for extreme high price. Here, initial payment 1500, wont be considered. You have to pay 2.5k, 3.5k and 5k. This is very expensive when compared to other centre. And that too, extra service is 15 mins and not exceeded. I personally don't recommend this centre for any kind of massage. Also, train your receptionist to be polite to customers. Pros: 1. Excellent ambience 2. Safe place 3. Hygienic rooms and bathrooms Cons: 1. More expensive 2. You can't see the therapist before u pay the money 3. They will try to skip the normal massage if u take extra service 4. They won't give full satisfaction massage if u don't take extra service 5. They will try to loot money 6. Receptionist is not friendly and so rude
