Went there for Abhayang, a complete oil massage, just for a general wellness. The full body oil massage was very good. A little bit of heated oil applied very liberally and massaged each part of the body very well, with little bit of stretching where ever needed was done. Therapist Bijeesh was very good and applied required pressure and was very careful and patient. Steam bath after oil massage was really refreshing by making the skin sweat. Shower area was clean. Overall experience was good, though I didn’t go for any specific ailment or treatment.

Really good experience, got my periods on time within a month(pcod), body feels relaxed. Dr. Lakshmi ask paitiently about all the sympyoms and according suggests yoga asanas and external treatment by Liji which also really helped a lot in body detoxification. I consult Dr.lakshmi priya 2 weeks before... I have PCOS, endometrial thickness, itching and some allergy problem for 1 years I was consult more than 7-8 hospital/clinic... Finally I came AR ayurveda clinical (Dr.lakshmi priya) Nowadays I don't have any problem... I feel good and relax

It was a nice experience when I took a full body massage in AR Ayurveda… felt so relaxed & rejuvenated ….. it wud be much appreciated if more techniques can be added in addition to what was given, although the one who massaged me( Mrs.Sasikala) was doing a good job.
