I took Aroma massage and it was amazing. Aroma massage followed by steam bath just relaxed all my muscle contractions. I have been visiting this Vk Empire salon & spa regularly, they are maintaining it very clean and neat. The rooms looks very hygiene and the serene light music was very peaceful to hear during the massage service. Highly recommended.

Hi, I visited this salon a few days ago for a haircut, and it was done by a stylist named Isalam. I must say, he did an absolutely amazing job! He gave me a layered haircut, and I absolutely loved the result. He definitely deserves the best rating for his efforts Thank you so much Isalam! :)

I went for haircut, facial and pedicure. Haircut was good. I opted for fruit facial for Rs 1290/(member price) and it was the worst facial I got in all these years. No face massage at all. Total time taken was around 20 to 25 mins. The staff was on the phone and she applied something on my face after steaming and then just for once she applied her palm on my face and eyes probably for 30 seconds while she was on call. Then she told them to hold on line while she applied pack and she left me. I asked her about the massage and she said the facial comes with 1 minute massage which she did and then she changed it to saying the rate cards have changed and this is what I get for this price. This is totally unacceptable as I have done facial in many places for many years. The front office staff upgraded my pedicure( I wasn't even asked what pedicure I wanted in the first place) to compensate for the botched up facial. It's a total waste of money. I could have just scrubbed my face and applied sheet mask at home instead of wasting 1290/ Pedicure was good.

I found the salon services too expensive for the value offered. Additionally, the counter staff seemed confused about how to manage member and non-member customers. The overall experience needs improvement, especially in customer handling and communication.
