I had a lovely head massage at Ananta Spa recently. The decor is very soothing and adds to the relaxation experience. The massage was well done, relieved a lot of pressure and the subsequent wash left my hair looking and feeling spectacular. Thank you!

Under the adept management of Mr. Happyson, I was accorded unparalleled hospitality, coupled with insightful recommendations for a massage tailored to alleviate my specific pain points. The staff's commitment to professionalism was conspicuous as the massage therapists executed their duties with utmost skill and precision. During the session, a palpable atmosphere of tranquility prevailed, accentuated by the absence of unnecessary dialogue. The seamless orchestration of soft music and soothing aromas created an immersive ambiance, lulling me into a profound state of relaxation and facilitating effective pain relief. Undoubtedly, this transcended geographical confines, standing as the epitome of the most superlative five-star massages I have ever encountered worldwide. Anantha Spa not only surpasses expectations but redefines the zenith of spa experiences.

Looks like a good place but not upto the mark. Ambiance was good but lloks like a small boxed rooms, noisy all over the massage time. Shower room i didn't like it. while talking steam bath, hot water stopped after 5 minutes itself. Little bit high priced place for what they serve. Staffs are polite and friendly but i didn't feel the difference before and after massage.

It's been close to a week since my last visit at Ananta Spa and I'm still reeling at the humiliation and embarrassment with the way we were treated at the center. All we wanted was a quiet spa time with a full body massage, and we were in for a rude shock. We wanted to check if we could avail benefits of gift card we had purchased in 2021, and had expired during the deadly second wave last year. But what followed next breached all norms of basic etiquette in customer interaction. I am a regular at the spa, and by the look of it, it could have been the owner/ manager who spoke to us. The staff has always treated us with utmost respect and courtesy. But this person lacked basic courtesy and treated us like freeloaders. He ridiculed us for not availing the service during the peak pandemic, and even refused to offer us an option of even a discount. (Until we mentioned it to him) It was not the fact that our gift card was not honored, but it was the manner in which he had treated us that evening. We were customers who had walked to avail a relaxed spa service on a Saturday evening and we walked out in real bad taste. To the person who ill treated us - please learn respect your customer. Or even better, take a class from your team. They understand it better. It took me a week to even bring myself to write this review because the experience was extremely rude and shocking. Ananta Spa -  You failed us. P.s: Please avoid a templated reply if you have nothing better to say. And yes, learn some manners too! Edit: I have mentioned it was not the fact that the gift card was not honored.It was the sheer disrespect and lack of courtesy meted out to us. Besides, if you valued us as customers, you would have offered us the option of a discount even before we asked you for it. We are talking about customer service and you are harping on Terms and Conditions! Even a chat bot would have understood this by now. Goodluck for your non-customer centric business! And you are in the hospitality industry. Such a shame!
